Cookies and similar technologies
Cookie Policy
This policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the TamePulse website, including technical cookies and analytics or behavioral analysis tools when enabled with consent. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by the browser to help a website function, remember preferences, or collect technical information.
2. Cookies currently used by TamePulse
The TamePulse website uses necessary technical cookies and, when authorized by consent, cookies or similar technologies for analytics and experience analysis. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
- WordPress technical cookies: used by WordPress for administrative sessions, security, and website operation.
- Nonces and technical tokens: used in forms to prevent unauthorized requests, spam, and abuse.
- Browser technical cookies or data needed to load pages and assets correctly.
- Google Analytics: analytics cookies, such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, used to distinguish visits and measure aggregated usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity: cookies and similar technologies, such as _clck and _clsk, used to connect page views and produce aggregated analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
3. Newsletter, demo, and early access
Newsletter, private demo, and early access forms may use technical tokens and anti-abuse checks. Form submissions are described in the Privacy Policy.
Newsletter double opt-in is handled through Fidaro and Mailjet/Sinch Mailjet. Consent is recorded in a technical ledger to evidence the request and confirmation.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how visitors reach the website, which pages they view, and how to improve content and performance.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people interact with pages, for example through heatmaps, clicks, scrolling, and session replay. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the experience.
These tools are not used for advertising, remarketing, or advertising profiling. Where required, they are enabled only after user consent through the cookie banner or equivalent controls.
5. Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, especially administrative areas or protected forms.
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy will be updated when new cookies, analytics tools, or third-party services are introduced.
