1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to the use of tamepulse.com, private demo requests, early access applications, and controlled TamePulse pilots unless a separate written agreement applies.

TamePulse is currently presented as a private/early access product. General availability, features, pricing, and commercial terms may change before public launch.

2. Private demo and early access

Submitting a demo request or early access application does not guarantee product access, selection for a pilot, or service availability.

We may accept, reject, suspend, or close early access or pilot access when needed for security, service quality, roadmap, or breach of these terms.

3. Intended use

TamePulse is intended for professional teams evaluating AI-assisted operational workflows with human control, auditability, and clear boundaries.

• Do not use the site or any demo environment for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not submit sensitive data, special categories of data, or unnecessary confidential information during a simple demo request.
• Do not use any early access environment for critical production processes without a specific written agreement.

4. User-submitted information

When you submit process examples, operational descriptions, current tools, or feedback, you authorize us to use them to evaluate the request, prepare the demo, improve the product, and communicate with you.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for your right to share it.

5. Intellectual property

The website, TamePulse brand, content, design, code, and product ideas shown are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, decompile, or exploit parts of the site or product without written authorization.

6. Experimental service and no warranties

The website, demos, early access, and any pilots are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee continuity, absence of errors, fitness for every use, or future availability of shown features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on demos, website content, or early access features.

Any specific liability related to operational pilots or paid services will be governed by separate agreements.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law
