Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the use of tamepulse.com, demo requests, free trials, plans, services, and any environments connected to TamePulse products unless a separate written agreement applies.

TamePulse is a brand operated by Enrico Venezia, based in Fara Gera d’Adda (Italy), VAT/Tax ID IT10996290960. For any notice or question, contact hello@tamepulse.com.

Features, pricing, limits, credits, included minutes, and commercial terms may change over time. The applicable conditions are those shown on the product page, plan page, checkout, or written agreement at the time of purchase or activation.

2. Business customers only

TamePulse products and services are intended only for companies, professionals, tradespeople, public or private entities, and organizations acting for professional or business purposes.

The offering is not directed to consumers acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. If you believe you are acting as a consumer, do not purchase or request paid services without contacting us first.

When you submit a request or purchase a plan, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business, professional activity, entity, or organization and that you have authority to share the submitted information.

3. Demos, free trials, and activation

Submitting a demo request does not guarantee product access, selection for a trial, tenant activation, or service availability.

Free trials are subject to the limits shown on the product page or plan page and may be activated after review of the request.

We may refuse, suspend, or close a demo, free trial, access, or service when needed for security, service quality, technical availability, roadmap, abuse prevention, or breach of these terms.

4. Pricing, payments, and refunds

Buying a plan or service provides access to the features, limits, and conditions shown on the product page, plan page, Stripe checkout, order confirmation, or written agreement.

Prices are shown on the product pages or checkout. If the provider operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime, invoices may not show VAT; any tax wording, taxes, fees, or payment terms are those shown in the checkout, invoice, or applicable agreement.

Any refund windows, such as a commercial 14-day satisfaction or refund commitment, apply only when shown on the product page, plan page, checkout, or written agreement. Requests must be sent to hello@tamepulse.com within the stated period.

Refunds cover only the amount paid to TamePulse for the relevant plan or service. They do not include costs incurred with third-party providers, such as API keys, AI models, telephony, hosting, email, connected tools, or other services purchased or configured by the customer.

5. Intended use and general limits

TamePulse builds software products and services for professional activities that want to make parts of their daily work clearer, more manageable, or more traceable.

• Do not use the site or any demo environment for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not submit sensitive data, special categories of data, or unnecessary confidential information during a simple demo request.
• Do not use demos, free trials, pilots, or early-stage services for critical production processes, emergencies, or high-impact decisions without a specific written agreement.
• Always review outputs, summaries, quotes, messages, or actions generated or suggested by the products before using them with customers, suppliers, or operational systems.

6. TameRun

TameRun is designed to create and run workflows, playbooks, and operational procedures with connections, steps, execution credits, approvals, and traceability as shown on the product page or selected plan.

Execution credits are technical usage limits and have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Credit consumption depends on the nodes and actions executed.

Some plans or configurations may require customer-provided credentials or API keys, including keys for Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible providers, IMAP, SMTP, Telegram, or other connected services.

The customer remains responsible for their own accounts, credentials, limits, costs, permissions, and terms of third-party providers connected to TameRun.

7. TameQuote

TameQuote is designed to create online quotes, generate customer links and edit links, collect customer responses, and keep an activity history as shown on the product page.

Online quote approval through TameQuote is not a qualified digital signature, certified electronic signature, or legal advice. Advanced legal requirements may require separate tools or agreements.

The customer remains responsible for quote content, pricing, discounts, descriptions, commercial terms, tax data, any VAT or applicable tax regime, and the validity of offers sent to their own customers.

TameQuote may help record views, PDF downloads, change requests, rejections, approvals, or other customer actions, but it does not guarantee acceptance, payment, deal closing, or evidentiary value sufficient for every context.

8. TameCall

TameCall is an AI phone receptionist service for local and professional businesses. The assistant answers on a dedicated number or forwarded calls, collects and confirms information, and sends a summary to the owner or designated team.

TameCall is not an emergency service, does not provide technical or professional diagnosis, does not promise correct handling of every call, and does not replace human review by the business owner.

The base plan may include limits such as included minutes, extra minutes, and one simultaneous call, as shown on the product page or applicable agreement.

The customer is responsible for configuring or forwarding their number, for the accuracy of information provided to the assistant, for reviewing received summaries, and for complying with any duties toward callers, including privacy notices, recordings, or consent where required.

9. Third-party services and integrations

TamePulse products may connect to third-party services such as email, IMAP, SMTP, Telegram, AI providers, telephony, Stripe, hosting, or other tools selected or configured by the customer.

The customer remains responsible for their own accounts, credentials, permissions, limits, costs, contractual terms, and proper use of connected third-party services.

We are not responsible for unavailability, changes, errors, limits, costs, or decisions by third-party providers that affect TamePulse products.

10. User-submitted information

When you submit process examples, operational descriptions, current tools, or feedback, you authorize us to use them to evaluate the request, prepare the demo, improve the product, and communicate with you.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for your right to share it.

11. Intellectual property

The website, TamePulse brand, content, design, code, and product ideas shown are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, decompile, bypass technical limits, or exploit parts of the site, products, or services without written authorization.

12. Service and no warranties

The website, demos, free trials, plans, services, and any early-stage environments are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee continuity, absence of errors, fitness for every use, future availability of shown features, accuracy of every output, correct interpretation of every call, or suitability for critical processes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, business interruption, missed calls, summary errors, decisions made based on outputs, or actions executed without adequate human review.

Any specific liability related to operational services, advanced integrations, pilots, or enterprise agreements will be governed by separate agreements.

14. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory applicable rules. The competent court is identified under the applicable rules of Italian law unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
